Check-In and Out of Watersports Equipment

You handle the check-in and return of equipment like sailboats, windsurf boards, etc.

Preparation and Maintenance

You inform customers about correct handling and safety precautions and are their contact person for quick questions and guidance.

Supervision

You oversee activities at the center, on the beach, and in the water.

Motorboat Assistance

You drive our motorboats, supporting course participants and renters as needed for a safe experience.

Repair and Maintenance

You ensure equipment and infrastructure are in top, safe, and clean condition.

In this role, you’ll work across various areas of watersports operations, making it a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow. We’re looking for someone with the right personality—someone responsible, eager to learn and able to work well within a team. Good communication skills in English (German and Italian recommended)

Advantageous: Previous watersports experience, experience driving motorboats

Optional: This role can be combined with responsibilities as a social media manager

Our season runs from early April to mid-October, and we require a minimum commitment of one month—though we prefer team members who can join us for longer.
